Archivo M arrives
Your customs broker emails the archivo M. We parse it and create draft MVs — one per COVE.
Collaboration & review
We review pedimento, COVEs, incrementables (freight, insurance, packaging), and edocuments. You complete payment info.
BLK approval
An MVE Specialist verifies data and documents. Missing edocuments are flagged. Once complete, the MV moves to signing.
e.firma signing
BLK Firma: we sign with your e.firma from the vault. Cliente Firma: we send you a secure link, you upload your credentials and sign.
VUCEM submission & acuse
We submit via SOAP to VUCEM and poll for the acuse every 5 minutes. On acceptance, we deliver the acuse to your broker.

What is an MVE?
The Manifestación de Valor Electrónica is a mandatory digital document declaring the value of imported goods to Mexican customs. Starting June 1, 2026, every import must have an electronically-signed MVE registered in VUCEM.
Do I need to change customs brokers?
No. BLK works alongside your current broker. Your broker continues clearing your goods; BLK handles only the MVE.
Do I need to upload the archivo M myself?
No. Your broker emails the archivo M to BLK. We parse, review, sign, and submit to VUCEM. Nothing technical on your side.
How are my e.firma credentials protected?
In BLK Firma mode, your .cer, .key, and password live in a 1Password vault with enterprise-grade encryption. We use them on demand and validate the certificate RFC matches your importer RFC. In Cliente Firma mode, BLK never receives your credentials.
What does human review include?
Every MV passes through an MVE Specialist who verifies pedimento data, COVEs, edocuments, and consistency before signing. No additional cost.
What is the annual review?
The BLK Firma plan includes an annual review of payments and accounting related to your MVs to validate consistency against potential SAT reviews. A unique BLK value-add — no platform competitor offers this.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation penalties. End the service whenever you want.
What if VUCEM rejects the submission?
The MV returns to draft with VUCEM's specific errors. An MVE Specialist fixes and resubmits at no additional cost.
What happens after June 1 if I don't comply?
Without a valid MVE, your goods can be detained at customs, you'll face SAT fines, and your audit risk increases. There is no grace period.
